密集訓練期間一天要練10多小時京劇加街舞，傷了又好、好了又傷，有次嚴重腰拉傷，翁滋蔓連彎腰都無法，也曾冒大雨去練舞，地面溼滑不慎滾下樓，臀部大腿都受傷。她坦言復健時心裡最難熬，寧願一天跳10多小時，再操都沒關係，也不要受傷影響拍攝成果。

飾演在京劇世家長大的17歲女孩「羽辰」，翁滋蔓接受中央通訊社專訪時，坦言練舞受傷變成家常便飯，有段舞是翁滋蔓要翻過去，團員抓住她的膝蓋後面讓她翻，為安全起見抓很緊，練到後來她覺得好痛，一看才發現膝蓋後面全是手指印的瘀青。
